We strive to be environmentaly friendly using biodegradable disposable cups, plates, bowls and wooden cutlery. We use local suppliers for as many products as practically possible and have an ongoing policy to source more fairtrade and organic foods and cleaning products.

 

Our History

Formed in the mid eighties selling steakburgers from Barbeques.

After an extended tour of the West Coast of America in the winter of 1987, and the sampling of much Mexican food, we came back with the idea of a Mexican food trailer to attend British events - hence West Coast Caterers!

We have evolved over the years and can now offer various different types of food:

Freshly Baked Baguettes
Traditional Fast Food - Burgers, Hot Dogs, Bacon Rolls and Chips
Belgian Waffles
Vegetarian Food
Mexican Food
Healthy Options - Wraps + Smoothies

Our trailers are adaptable and we will be happy to consider alternative menus to suit your requirements.
